Direct Mountable Chip

High luminous flux density chip scale LED
Product Features
What is the Direct Mountable Chip?
The Direct Mountable Chip is a chip scale LED which has been developed through Nichia's technology and expertise in phosphors and LEDs. The white series has four size options (1.1mm×1.1mm, 1.3mm×1.3mm, 1.7mm×1.7mm, and 2.1mm×2.1mm) with color temperatures ranging from 1800K to 6500K, and color rendering index options from R70 (Ra≥70) to R9080 (Ra≥90, R9≥80).
The color series offers a wide variety of discrete colors in two size options (1.1mm×1.1mm in three colors and 1.7mm×1.7mm in eight colors) with the same forward voltage for each size to allow for easier fixture design.
By making the LED package size equal to the light emitting surface size, it is possible to achieve the largest class of luminous flux density in a limited space within a luminaire.
